Business Turnaround, De-risking and Distressed Asset Resolution

The team has particular expertise and experience in business turnaround and addressing difficult situations. Having previously managed the establishment of the non-core unit ('bad bank') of a global bank, including portfolio management of a significant book of assets, we have gained a unique level of expertise in distressed asset management. More recently, we have led the turnaound of a troubled investment management business, focused on de-risking and transformation under extreme commercial and regulatory pressure.
